Terms for joining the arena.

These Terms govern use of bidfight.lol and one-time purchases of leaderboard support.

This is an operational policy for the service, not legal advice. The operator should obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review before accepting production payments.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using the service or purchasing support, you accept these Terms, the Rules, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. You must be legally able to form a binding contract and authorized to submit and promote the destination.

2. The service

BidFight operates a free fighter roster, an optional paid ranked Battle, and related discovery features. Free roster membership does not create a paid rank. Support is a one-time purchase that enters or advances a listing in the ranked Battle—not a donation, investment, editorial endorsement, or promise of results. Other participants and payment adjustments can change a position at any time.

3. Overall and weekly views

The overall view reflects lifetime credited support. The weekly view reflects support credited since Monday 00:00 UTC and resets each Monday at 00:00 UTC. Weekly support also contributes to the overall total. Filters and search change only the displayed view.

4. Payments and confirmation

Submitting a free listing requires no payment. Optional Battle support is shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise and is processed by Stripe. Paid placement changes only after secure payment confirmation; a browser redirect is not confirmation. Entering or advancing in the Battle has a $1 minimum, and an existing paid fighter's checkout charges the difference to the chosen target.

5. Your content and authority

You retain rights in submitted names, descriptions, and destinations. You grant the service a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display that material to operate and promote BidFight. You represent that your submission is accurate, authorized, and does not violate law or third-party rights.

6. Moderation and availability

We may reject, edit, hide, merge, suspend, or remove a listing under the Rules; prevent abuse; maintain security; or comply with law. We may correct errors, change features, or discontinue the service. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a new effective date.

7. Metrics and promotional features

Outbound click counts are opens through BidFight and are not guaranteed unique users. Visitor totals are anonymous aggregate estimates. Activity messages, achievements, celebrations, sounds, and share cards do not affect placement. We do not guarantee position duration, impressions, clicks, traffic, sales, revenue, or any other result.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not endorse listed destinations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension

We may suspend access or listings for rule violations, payment fraud, security risk, or legal requirements. Sections intended by their nature to survive will continue after suspension.
