Terms for entering the fight.

These terms govern use of bidfight.lol and purchases of leaderboard placement.

This is an operational policy for the service, not legal advice. The site operator should obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review before accepting production payments.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using the service or buying placement, you accept these Terms, the Rules, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. You must be legally able to form a binding contract and authorized to promote the submitted destination.

2. Service

BidFight provides time-unlimited leaderboard placement while a listing remains eligible and the service operates. Rank is variable and is determined by credited payment totals. Competitors may outbid you at any time. We do not guarantee rank duration, impressions, clicks, revenue, or results.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, if applicable, may be collected or remain your responsibility. A listing changes only after payment is confirmed by our payment system.

4. Your content and authority

You retain rights in submitted names, descriptions, and destinations. You grant the service a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display that material for operating and promoting the board. You represent that your submission is accurate, authorized, and does not violate law or third-party rights.

5. Moderation and availability

We may reject, edit, hide, merge, or remove a listing under the Rules; prevent abuse; maintain security; or comply with law. We may change or discontinue the service. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a new effective date.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not endorse listed destinations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Suspension

We may suspend access or listings for rule violations, payment fraud, security risk, or legal requirements. Sections intended by their nature to survive will continue after suspension.
