Privacy policy
Collect less. Explain it plainly.
This policy describes information used to operate, secure, and improve BidFight.
Effective August 22, 2026
Information you provide
We process submitted destinations, categories, display information, support messages, and information associated with a checkout. Do not submit sensitive personal information in public listing fields.
Payments
Stripe processes payment details. BidFight receives transaction identifiers, amounts, currency, payment status, refunds, and dispute information needed to provide placement and maintain accounting. We do not receive full card numbers.
Technical information
Our infrastructure may process IP address, browser and device data, timestamps, requested URLs, security signals, and diagnostic logs. We count outbound listing clicks. We do not claim to identify the person clicking.
How information is used
- Provide and rank listings, process checkouts, and reconcile refunds or disputes.
- Moderate content, prevent fraud, enforce rules, and secure the service.
- Respond to support and legal requests and maintain required records.
- Diagnose reliability and understand aggregate use.
Sharing
Information may be handled by service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting and security and Stripe for payment processing. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
We keep information only as reasonably needed for service, security, dispute, accounting, and legal purposes. Public listing information may remain until removed. You may request access, correction, or deletion by email; some records must be retained where legally required.
International processing and children
Providers may process information in multiple countries. The service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it.
